Making Life A Little Lighter

Our Mission

Our mission is to cover the world in Christ by unapologetically declaring to the world whose we are by proactively creating faith-centric cultures in the workplace.

Who We Are

At C-Suite for Christ, we are a group of business executives who come together every month to share our stories of how including Christ in our daily lives has positively affected our work environment. We share our joys and our struggles with others on the same journey.

In sharing the joys and struggles with others who walk similar paths, we are able to support and encourage our brothers and sisters in Christ to live courageously in witness to Him. It is our hope to rejuvenate the working soul through fellowship and praise of God.

Chapter President

Rick Walters

Rick is a Minnesota native, born and raised in SE Minnesota. He and his wife Cherie have been married for 39 years and have 3 adult children and 4 grandsons. With 19 moves in 39 years, they have lived in several different cities but once again, call Minnesota home. Rick and Cherie live in a SW suburb of the Minneapolis – St. Paul metro area and call Westwood Community Church their home.

As the President of the Minneapolis – St. Paul Chapter of C-Suite for Christ, Rick is passionate about his faith and his relationship with Jesus Christ and is eager to share that passion with other Christian executives and business owners in the MSP metro area and greater Minnesota.

Professionally, over the last 4 decades, Rick has an extensive and diverse leadership background that was spawned and matured from his military experience. In his civilian life, Rick held many leadership and executive roles in the healthcare industry. Most recently and for the past 20 years, Rick has extensive executive leadership experience in the transportation and regulatory compliance industries. Rick is also a retired Chief Property Book Officer for the MN Army National Guard, serving more than 24 years.

Having been in the corporate environment for the last 4 decades, Rick knows first-hand the impact and stress placed on our leaders in a secular society and how that heightens the conflict that exists between faith and workplace culture. Rick feels the need is urgent now than ever before, to bridge the faith/workplace gap and develop leaders who will be bold and lean into their faith as they lead their businesses and live a life of faith in Jesus Christ in every aspect of their lives.

Rick’s hobbies include fitness, playing music, and reading. Rick and Cherie enjoy travel and spending time with their children and their 4 amazing grandsons.
